To upload a file for analysis by our support team, please follow these instructions:

  1. If there are several files, place them in a folder together.

  2. Name the file or folder with your support ticket, or if you do not have a support ticket, you can use the date and/or your name in the filename. Please note that while file data is not publicly available on our server, file names are publicly visible. An example file name may be:
         Landis-2002-10-01.zip   or     12554.zip (where 12554 is your support ticket ID)  or    2002-10-01.zip

  3. Upload your file to our support area here. If your file is greater than 8MB in size, you will need to upload manually at ftp://mach5.com/ into the "incoming" directory.
