Inclusion Lists
If you wish to restrict your mailings to a list of recipients joined with another database or table, you can use an inclusion list. Just export the data in the other database to a tab delimited file. Be sure the email address field is first in the data. (This is important, since Mailer uses the first field in each row as the email field).
Set up the per-mailing inclusion list restrictions in the Mail Merge Information window:
Mailer will send emails from your data source only if the email address is also listed in the inclusion list.
