Export Preview

The Export Preview tool allows you to see a report after exporting. You can easily print from this application as well, including printing to PDF format if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader with its associated print driver installed. Before you export your report for printing, you can choose to print the reports selected in the style of your choice, or you can override the reports selected and choose your own reports for just this print job.

Navigation View vs Print View  Export Preview shows you two views, one for navigating your report and another view to see what will show up in the actual printed report. When you print, Export Preview automatically switches to Print View.

The Print command and toolbar button brings up your printer dialog box.
